Anyhoo, ever since I saw a tumblr photoset of Feferi, Sollux, Tavros, and Nepeta being all buddy-buddy with their Ancestors, I’ve wanted to add Equius to the list, holding out his broken bow and arrows to his ancestor. Darkleer would put one of his huge, heavy hands on Equius’ shoulder and tell him it’s okay, and he’s not the only one who’s ever broken a good thing.

Equius doesn't get enough love. I was sad Darkleer didn't get his own track on the "coloUrs and mayhem" album. Why does no one love my bby? ;A;
